VCC Family & Kids Programs: Community Info Session + Volunteer Meetup

Help us build more opportunities for vegan families and kids in our community!

Join Vegan Community Center for a relaxed, one-hour gathering to discuss the future of our family and youth programming. We’ll share highlights from our recent community survey, gather ideas and feedback from attendees, and identify practical next steps for bringing new programs to life.

What we’ll cover:

Survey results: What families and community members are looking for.
Community input: Ideas for activities, events, and ongoing programs for kids and families.
Next steps: Identify priorities, discuss what’s feasible, and find ways to get involved.
Volunteering: Explore opportunities to help plan, organize, and launch programs.

Everyone is welcome! You don’t need to be a parent, have prior experience, or commit to volunteering to attend. Whether you’re a vegan parent, someone who cares about raising the next generation with compassion, or just interested in helping build community, we would love to have you.
We’ll keep things casual and welcoming while staying focused on concrete ideas and actionable next steps. The goal is to leave with a clearer direction for our family and kids programs and a better understanding of what we can accomplish together.
