Celebrate Halloween on this guided birding outing at Opalanie Park in West Vincent Township. As we search for birds we'll discuss the myths, superstititions, and surprising facts behind some of nature’s spookiest feathered creatures. We'll also talk about the costume changes that many birds go through in the fall. From mysterious owls to ominous vultures to enigmatic ravens, this family-friendly field trip is the perfect way to celebrate the season outdoors. Costumes encouraged!
Our outing will last about 2 hours, although you may leave at any time. Bring binoculars if you have them. A portable restroom is available on site.
