Where do you get your Protein? Due to marketing and not science, we have been told that we need to eat more protein. In our grocery stores, the shelves are lined with products labeled with x grams of protein. Where does this come from? How much protein do we really need? If protein deficiency is truly an issue, where are the protein clinics and the protein doctors? You are getting enough protein. Come to this talk and learn about the protein myth.
