Join me on this 3.6 mile, 544 ft elevation gain loop hike. We meet at the Copper Trailhead and head north on 401 until reaching the Embudo trail area, then head back south on 365. We'll maintain a moderate pace and try to stay together as a loose group.

🔦 Bring a headlamp, it's getting dark!

What does "Cardio" hike mean?
We hike to get out of the house and stay healthy. Some hike faster, and some hike slower. Sometimes you're hiking with a group, and sometimes you're hiking alone. Go whatever pace you're comfortable with 😊 It's fine if you don't make it to the turnaround point before everyone starts heading down, because we hike down together. You'll get better each time!

🕟 We will start promptly at 6:35 pm to ensure finishing by 8 pm. This loop can be done in around 1hr 15min while moving at a moderate pace with some breaks for rest.

🌡️ Please dress warm for winter weather and use hiking/trail running shoes. Dogs are welcome on a leash

🅿️ (Only applies Nov 1st thru April 1st) The Copper trail area closes by 7pm, so please park along the sides of the road and outside of the small gate-enclosed area to prevent being locked in if we are running behind
