How Spatial AI Will Transform AI Filmmaking

Join us at Nuckolls Brewing Co. in Santa Fe to discuss spatial AI and AI filmmaking.

Then we’ll walk next door together to Sky Cinema for the opening night of the CLOWD AI Film Festival.

AI can already generate remarkable images, music, voices, and video. But most AI films are still created one shot at a time. What happens when AI begins creating entire worlds too?

Get Your Kicks on Central Avenue (YouTube: Chuck Webster & Bret Dingley)

One example is Get Your Kicks on Central Avenue, an AI-assisted music video celebrating Albuquerque’s historic Route 66. Like many of today’s AI films, it shows both how impressive these new tools have become—and where they may be headed next.

Today's AI excels at creating convincing images and video. The next generation of AI may actually understand the worlds it creates.

Imagine asking AI to build a believable, explorable version of Central Avenue. Instead of generating one shot after another, the AI creates a world you can explore. The buildings stay where they belong. Cameras move naturally. Characters remain consistent. Making a movie becomes less about prompting individual shots and more about directing inside an AI-created world.
In this informal meetup over beer, we’ll explore:

How today’s AI filmmaking works
How AI is beginning to understand three-dimensional worlds
Why this tech may change much more than filmmaking

No technical background is required. If you’re curious about AI, movies, or the future of creative technology, you’ll fit right in.

We'll finish just in time to walk next door together for the opening night of the CLOWD AI Film Festival and see today's AI filmmaking on the big screen.
