AI Helpdesk Coffee ☕🤖 Practical AI, Vibe Coding & Automation

Bring a real business problem, workflow, project, idea, or AI question ☕🤖

AI Helpdesk Coffee is Rochester AI & Tech’s recurring meetup for people who want to understand how "AI, automation, vibe coding, websites, software, and modern technology" can solve practical problems.

This is not a hype session about “the future of AI”.
It is a hands-on, conversational meetup built around real questions, real use cases, and useful connections 🚀🤝

Come if you are:

A business owner trying to figure out where AI can save time or money
A founder with an idea you want to build
A marketer exploring AI, automation, websites, or content systems
A developer or technical builder who enjoys helping solve problems
A professional trying to improve a workflow or repetitive process
Curious about vibe coding and what you can now build with AI
Working on an app, website, automation, agent, or internal tool
Simply trying to understand which AI tools are actually useful 💻⚙️

Bring a problem, Examples:

“Can AI automate this part of my business?”
“Could I build an app that does this?”
“How would I connect AI to my CRM?”
“Can I rebuild or improve my website using AI?”
“What exactly is vibe coding?”
“Which AI tool should I use for this?”
“Can an AI agent handle this workflow?”
“I have an idea, but I don’t know how to build it.”

We’ll start with a short welcome, choose a few questions or problems from the group, discuss practical approaches, share tools and ideas, and leave plenty of time for conversation and connections ☕🤖

1. You do not need to be technical.
2. And you do not need to have a polished project.
3. Business owners, founders, developers, marketers, technologists, AI enthusiasts, and curious beginners are all welcome.

The goal:
Leave with a better understanding of what you can actually do with AI—and meet people who may be able to help you do it.
