Conducted in a group setting, Sonic Tribes offers a unique sound experience using traditional and non-traditional instruments, creating a comfortable space for participants to lie down or sit as our musicians play in ways that help regulate the nervous system and promote relaxation. Our restorative sound bath meditation helps you release tension, refresh your energy, and find calming clarity and balance. Today, many are exploring ancient traditions that promote healing, relaxation, and wellness. Sonic Tribes uses a variety of instruments, including Singing Bowls, Bells, Flutes, and Drums, to guide you through this meditative and transformative experience.
