OP SHOP HOPPING DAY - RUMMAGE, BARGAINS, GOOD GRABS + THE BIG LIFELINE YAMANTO

Who doesn't love the thrill of the hunt? That little vintage teacup, the perfect top for a fiver, a book we've been meaning to read, or something wonderfully quirky we didn't know we needed until we spotted it on the shelf 😄

We're heading west for a relaxed day of op shop hopping together - aisles of pre-loved goodies to explore, a morning cuppa, a leafy park with a little wildlife stop and lunch together, all from the comfort of our Hiace. No parking hassles, no driving, just plenty of browsing, chatting and showing off our finds on the way home!

☕ MORNING CUPPA & FIRST RUMMAGE
Once we're all on board, we'll head for a cuppa and a loo break, then warm up our bargain-hunting skills at our first op shop, right there in the same centre.

🛍️ MORE TREASURE HUNTING
Next it's a short hop to our second op shop of the morning - clothes, homewares, books and bric-a-brac aplenty.

🦘 PARK, WILDLIFE & LUNCH
Around midday we'll arrive at one of the area's loveliest green spaces and settle in for a relaxed lunch together at the park cafe (pre-booked for our group), with indoor and deck seating. Lunch is at our own expense, so we can each choose whatever takes our fancy.
After lunch we'll stroll through a little free nature park - bird aviary, gardens, Aussie animals, a barn and an indoor aquarium (a gold coin donation is appreciated and goes towards caring for the animals).

🏆 THE GRAND FINALE - LIFELINE SUPERSTORE YAMANTO
We've saved the biggest for last! After lunch we're off to the huge Lifeline Superstore at Yamanto, with plenty of time to wander the aisles and hunt down those final treasures before we load up and head for home.

REFUNDS & CONDITIONS
- Please ensure your Meetup notifications are switched ON for updates.
- Full payment is required at time of RSVP - no exceptions.
- If you invite a +1 guest\, please pay on their behalf.
- This event closes to RSVPs on 28 October 2026\, or when 11 places are claimed\, whichever comes first. Minimum RSVPs = 7; Maximum RSVPs = 11.
- Cancellations after 28 October 2026 will incur a $10 Cancellation/Amendment Fee.
- If you cancel after bookings close\, I will endeavour to sell your ticket for you\, but no guarantees. Reselling tickets is a courtesy\, not an entitlement. Tickets may not be passed on to another person without prior approval.
- Refunds are directed to your bank account only.
- No refunds will be issued after 4 November 2026.
- If you resign or are removed from the Meetup group\, the Cancellation/Amendment Fee still applies\, even if the adventure has not yet commenced.
- In the event of any changes or amendments to the adventure or itinerary\, or reallocation of hosts\, there are no refunds.
- In the unlikely event the outing is cancelled due to insufficient numbers\, full refunds will be directed to your bank account.
- Failure to arrive on time will void your ticket entirely with no refunds.
- Lunch\, drinks and purchases\, unless specifically mentioned as included above\, are at your own expense.
- Please swap seats after stops so everyone has fair window\, front and rear opportunities.
- As always\, spread kindness\, courtesy and friendship - not only within our group but also to op shop volunteers\, retailers and fellow shoppers.
- No smoking\, vaping or mobile phone calls/Internetting while in company - please be as tech free as possible!
- The outing will still go ahead if it rains.
- In the very rare event that a member's behaviour is significantly disruptive and impacts the group's experience\, the host reserves the right to discontinue that member's participation\, including any unused portion of the ticket such as return transport. No refunds will be provided in these instances\, and the member will be responsible for their own return arrangements and associated costs.
