In the shadow of Blacko Tower

A 5/6 mile walk from Pendle Heritage Centre. Setting off along the canal for an easy stroll until we reach the Foulridge Tunnel where we turn off for a short road section. We then reach Slipper Hill Res before taking an uphill lane to walk through undulating fields below Blacko Tower. Walking through woodlands along side a babbling brook brings us back to the cars and cafe!.
Some road sections, there will be mud
500ft ascent, a few wall stiles.

Dress for the weather and bring drink and snacks.

Well behaved non yappy dogs on fixed leads. Max 3 dogs per walk and only 1 dog pp.
