Between moving abroad, relationships, expectations and everyday responsibilities, it's easy to lose touch with what truly matters to us.
Becoming Sessions are intimate guided circles for women in Amsterdam, created to explore self-awareness, meaningful connection and a little more inner clarity.

One Circle. Three Dimensions.

We'll explore identity beyond roles and expectations, through a gentle mix of:

Breathwork and body awareness
Guided reflection with identity tools
Journaling and conversation
One personal insight to take into your week

No previous experience is needed. Sharing is always optional.

Meet your host
I'm Laurine, a French certified sophrologist with a background in beauty therapy, massage and intuitive guidance.
After years of travelling and supporting women, I created The Becoming Club to bring meaningful connection and self-awareness into a warm, welcoming space in Amsterdam.
