[Tuesday] Garrett Mountain & Paterson Great Falls

Finally! We get to visit the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park while combining it with a hike in Garrett Mountain Preserve. This is a 5+ mile hike with an elevation gain of about 750 feet, so you get your workout. This hike/walk includes about a mile (round-trip) on city streets.

Bring plenty of water and snacks, and appropriate seasonal items (sun- and insect-protection in summer, and crampons in winter). Day-of-hike-only phone: 973-704-7362.

\Note\ We hike at a moderate pace, and never leave anyone behind. Our hikes are not suitable for fast hikers who like to forge ahead of the group.
