Pickleball for Beginners/Intermediates. 7:30/7 AM, Opt. After-Picnic

Start time is 7:30am, but showing up at 7am is encouraged to help use courts ahead of another group that shows up at that time.

Optional after-pickleball picnic at a picnic table next to the courts. If you want, bring some eats to share - homemade, bought, found along the way to pickleball. If you don't want to bring anything, please feel free to join if you have time.

if its raining or the courts are wet, we will cancel, don't want anyone slipping around and getting hurt. Right now the forecast looks clear.

Let's meet up at Doerr Park in San Jose.
PLEASE NOTE WE MAY HAVE LIMITED COURT SPACE.
WAITLISTERS WHO SHOW UP SHOULD CHECK IN WITH THE EVENT HOST. IF AN ATTENDEE FAILS TO SHOW UP BY 30 MINUTES AFTER START TIME, WAITLISTERS CAN START PLAYING BY TAKING NO-SHOW ATTENDEE PLACES IN THE ORDER OF THE WAITLIST. OTHERWISE, NO JUMPING THE LINE OR INVITING GUESTS.

BE SURE TO PROPERLY STRETCH AND WARM UP BEFORE PLAYING TO HELP AVOID INJURY!
Doerr Park is at Portrero Dr. and Park Wilshire in San Jose.. Look for the tennis courts at the Northwest end of the park.
There is parking on the street near the courts.

ATTENDANCE: Please remove yourself to the "not going " list as soon as you become unsure about attending, so another wait lister can have adequate notice that they are going. Also, it is not okay to just show up to an event you are not listed as "going" to. Anyone "no-showing" for an event will be suspended from play four 4 weeks.
