Rotterdam Kombucha Brewing Basics and Beyond

Whether you are just starting your first batch or you are looking to troubleshoot your continuous brew system, join us for our next gathering of The Fermenting Friends. We are meeting up in Rotterdam to talk all things kombucha, from managing your scoby and getting the right balance of sweetness to experimenting with seasonal second ferment flavors. It is a relaxed space to share tips, trade cultures, and learn from each other’s successes and kitchen mishaps.

This event is open to anyone curious about fermentation, regardless of your experience level. We will spend some time doing a live demonstration of the basics, but mostly we want this to be an open conversation where you can ask questions and meet others in the city who enjoy brewing at home. If you have a specific problem with a batch or a flavor combination you have been wanting to try, please feel free to bring it up.

We would love to see you there, so please take a moment to RSVP so we can get an idea of how many folks are coming.
