Successful Sales Strategies for Founders
Successful Sales Strategies for Founders is an interactive Lunch & Learn designed to help founders and entrepreneurs become more effective at generating opportunities, advancing conversations, and closing sales.

The session will provide practical sales tips and strategies founders can immediately apply to their businesses, including:

How to get meetings with prospective customers
How to identify customer needs and uncover the real problem
How to advance a sales opportunity and maintain momentum
How and when to ask for the sale
How to overcome common sales challenges
How to build a partnership ecosystem that generates opportunities
How to identify and develop the right strategic partnerships

The second half of the session will move from presentation to application. Participants will work in small groups to solve real sales challenges submitted by attendees during registration. Each group will receive one sales challenge, spend approximately 15 minutes developing recommendations, and then present its solution to the entire room. We will discuss the recommendations together and identify practical strategies the founder can implement.

Pre-Event Preparation
Business Launch Group will review the registration responses before the event and select five sales challenges that are relevant to the broader group.

The challenges will be anonymized if appropriate and assigned to the five tables. This allows participants to work on real founder problems rather than hypothetical sales scenarios.

The goal is for attendees to leave not only with sales strategies, but with practical ideas generated by other founders that they can apply immediately to their businesses.
