We are hosting another Manchester Gloves Up Social Sparring Night for anyone in the group who wants to get some rounds in, practice technique, or just meet fellow kickboxers in the area. This is a relaxed, non-competitive environment focused on light, technical sparring. Whether you have been training for years or are just starting to get comfortable with sparring, this is a great chance to work on your flow and exchange some knowledge in a friendly space.
We aim to keep the atmosphere supportive and ego-free, so please come prepared to look after your training partners. We will have plenty of time for some light work and some casual conversation afterwards to grab a drink or just catch up. If you are looking for a low-pressure way to improve your skills and connect with other people training in the city, we would love to see you there. Please RSVP if you can make it so we can keep an eye on the numbers.
