Looking for something fun, active, and totally unique? Join us for our next session of Adult PE!

Relive the joy of grade-school gym class—with a twist—as we play favorites like dodgeball, scooter soccer, parachute, lightning, tag variations, and more. Unlike the P.E. of our youth, our focus is on inclusivity, community, and fun for all skill levels. We even adapt games to suit our adult bodies—so everyone can join in!

Each Sunday begins with lighthearted warm-up games, followed by our featured activity of the week. We usually wrap things up with a final fun game or two. Every session is a new adventure!

When & Where: Sundays, October 18 - November 22 from 1:00–3:00 PM at Good Samaritan Methodist Church.
