Social Sunday with Sauna & Cold Plunge

Welcome to our social Sunday sauna and cold plunge gathering.

We gather this week at the newly built fire-wood sauna, Eldhästen in Södermalm.

🚨 Important: Spots run out incredibly fast, so please book your ticket right away!

The Details:
Where to book: https://folkbastu.se/
Which sauna: Select Eldhästen.
Time: check event details as it may change from one week to another.
Cost: Joining our group is completely free; you just pay for your own Folkbastu ticket online (we are not affiliated with the sauna).

The Plan: we gather at the sauna location and we start with a swim in the lake before going for our first round.

I will bring with me sauna ice menthol and essential oils. Participants share tea, fruits and laughters 😊

Housekeeping: Just a quick heads-up: since this is a shared space, we have the responsibility to clean up after ourselves. We'll just do a quick group tidy-up before we leave to make sure it's perfect for the next folks.

Afterward (Optional): Once we're all done, anyone who wants to keep hanging out can join us for some food or a drink at a nearby cafe/restaurant.

Can't wait to see you all there!
