CITY OF FAIRFAX FALL FESTIVAL

The 50th Annual City of Fairfax Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM in historic downtown Fairfax (centered at 10415 North Street), featuring 400+ vendors, three entertainment stages, kids’ rides, beer gardens, and free admission.

Transportation & Parking

Free Shuttles:
GMU Rappahannock Parking Deck (4400 University Drive)
Fairfax High School (3501 Lion Run)
Operating 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, ADA accessible 
Driving: Downtown streets close for the festival; parking at shuttle sites is strongly recommended. 
Metro: Vienna/Fairfax–GMU (Orange Line) is ~3 miles away; use Fairfax Connector or rideshare. 

Kids & Family Information

Rides: $3–$5 per ticket or $30 all-day wristband 
Children’s Stage: Free performances and activities for younger attendees 
Tips:
Go early or after 3 PM to avoid peak crowds
Bring a stroller/wagon for younger kids
Pets discouraged except service animals
