Hi friends,
I'm rounding up a crew of six for a proper burger night at The Capital Grille, in Troy. We will have two tables of 6, in the lounge area. Reservation is under my name and Paula's. Do not say MeetUp group, please!
The plan: Their Wagyu & Wine event in the lounge (bar area, but we need a reservation). You pick one of three gourmet Wagyu burgers and pair it with a glass of wine or champagne. It's fancy, but you're still eating a burger!
The menu:
🧀 The Grille's Wagyu Cheeseburger, with Vermont white cheddar and grilled onions, paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon
🍄 Wagyu Mushroom & Swiss, with truffle aioli, paired with a Pinot Noir
🖤 Wagyu Blue Cheese & Black Truffle, paired with a red blend or Moët & Chandon champagne
(You can also go rogue and mix your own pairing. No judgment.)
Come hungry, wear something nice and bring your best "mmm, that's so good"!
Pairings are $35 each, and we will have individual checks.
