The Point of Travel [Day Trip to Valle de Guadalupe]

Join us for a full-day cross-border edition of Thinking While Drinking as we head south from San Diego into the stunning landscapes, world-class wineries, and exceptional culinary scene of northern Baja, Mexico, specifically in and around Valle de Guadalupe.

Between curated tastings and memorable meals, we’ll bring our signature thoughtful conversations on the road, examining the psychology, philosophy, and personal impact of venturing beyond our everyday borders.

This full day excursion will start in San Diego. We will travel across the border together, and then private round-trip transportation will be provided. We will travel south to Valle de Guadalupe (with a few scenic stops along the way) to several great wine and shopping locations. Transportation and lunch with wine tasting are included, all other purchases are your own responsibility.

Important Details!

A Valid Passport is Required: You will need a valid, unexpired passport to cross the border and re-enter the United States (or a valid SENTRI / Global Entry card).
Dress: Comfortable shoes and clothing is recommended. There will be some walking across uneven ground as we explore the areas in and around the shops, vineyards, and wineries.
