Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance practice with no choreography and no right or wrong way to move. Come as you are, listen to the music, and let your body do whatever it wants to do. No dance experience necessary. Come to move, release, connect, or just see what happens. Led by Shamama @shamamashakti , the evening starts with a guided movement session and landing before going into an ecstatic dance session, and then ending with a guided meditation journey.
