Go Local, Not Viral

Join us each month on the 1st Tuesday to network, learn, and be encouraged in your real estate investing journey! We are a gathering of LADIES in the San Antonio area who are building businesses and pursuing financial freedom through real estate.

This month, we're at New American Funding (NAF) in Stone Oak--and we're excited to welcome Lisa Alfaro, where she will show you why you don’t need to go viral; you need to get found! Found by the people right for your business, and right in your own backyard.

In this hands-on workshop, Lisa Alfaro, Café y Conexión founder and local marketing expert, shows you how to build a local marketing foundation that actually holds. You will walk away with a legit plan: the few things that truly move your business, a rhythm you can sustain without the burnout, and a strategy no algorithm can touch.

With a heart for connection and a talent for strategy, Lisa Alfaro helps women entrepreneurs confidently show up, get visible, and grow their businesses through creative local marketing and social media strategy.
Her mission is to empower women to tap into their full potential by blending proven marketing practices with heart-led coaching and community.

Whether she’s leading a workshop, coaching one-on-one, or sharing real-life inspiration as a content creator, Lisa brings her signature blend of strategy, soul, and spark to every experience.

Whether you are new to real estate investing, have a thriving portfolio, or simply want to connect with other women who are investing in real estate, this meetup is for you! We have time for networking, encouraging each other, learning techniques and strategies to grow our businesses, and always lots of great Q&A!

We are grateful to Africa Gibb of New American Funding for hosting us in your beautiful event space.

Breanne and Denise began investing in real estate together 7 years ago, after meeting at their kids' soccer game. Together, as Two Moms Investing, they buy and hold small multifamily rentals in the San Antonio area. Breanne is a wife, mom of 4, fitness enthusiast, and helps clients design and build their dream homes with Weston Dean Custom Homes. Denise is a single mom of 3, passionate about Christian discipleship, and she has the privilege of helping people renovate their finances as a licensed Financial Advisor and Co-Founder of Four Pillars Financial Group. Breanne and Denise love empowering other women to create the financial futures they desire!

Breanne and Denise both love learning, problem solving, and helping others grow and achieve their dreams. Together they have flipped over 30 homes and managed nearly a dozen rental properties. They look forward to meeting up with other real estate "investHERs" in San Antonio every 1st Tuesday of the month and have been blessed to lead this group for over 4 years.

For those of you who have attended our monthly meetup for several years, we used to be affiliated with the national organization, InvestHER, however we are still committed to bringing you the same quality of education, strategy, and motivation to make the most of your investing business.
