【Power circle】Coffee Walk: Power Of Connection Between Women

As the year comes to a close, this is a moment to pause, listen to your body, and reconnect with where you are now. We invite you to join Helene's Power Circle, a Certified Somatic & Mindset Coach with over 15 years of corporate experience, supporting women in achieving fulfillment. This event is open to women only, designed to help us connect in a safe space and reconnect with ourselves and others in an authentic, grounded way. Through a mix of somatic practices, guided reflection, and conscious conversation, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and realign with what truly matters to you. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking deeper connection, this space supports your personal growth, emotional balance, and aligned action.
