Get ready 2 roll out your yoga mats for this relaxing event. Come join us for some outdoor vinyasa. Under the instruction of Lisa, our yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ teacher extraordinaire, she will guide us thru a slow flow to get your zen on. Please bring your yoga mats & any other props you'd like for this event. Layering clothes is suggested.

I will also provide Reiki as well after yoga🧘🏻‍♀️ .

Afterwards, there is an option to make your own hand balm &/or scrub which is $5 EACH. Everything will be supplied & you can choose your own scents. Gr8 4 presents. I will also bless your creations with uplifting Reiki vibes.

Feel free to come for 🧘🏻‍♀️ or other self-care or both! Journals welcome also!
