We are getting together in Oshawa to share the techniques behind folding beautiful, consistent dumplings. Whether you are a total beginner or just looking to refine your technique, we will spend the session working through a few classic folds together, troubleshooting our progress, and enjoying the process of making things by hand.

This event is really about the experience of slowing down and learning a new skill alongside others. You do not need to bring anything other than yourself, as we will provide all the dough, fillings, and tools needed to get started. It is a casual way to meet some new people in the community while picking up a practical kitchen skill you can easily replicate at home.
