Come along for a relaxed coastal walk from Towradgi Beach Park to Bellambi Rock Pool and back, following the coastal path along one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline.

This is a chance to get outside, move your body, meet other women and start the weekend with some fresh air and connection. It’s not about pace or fitness — we’ll walk together at a comfortable, conversational pace.

We’ll meet near Towradgi Rock Pool before heading north along the coastal path towards Bellambi Rock Pool. We’ll take a little time along the way to slow down, notice our surroundings and enjoy being outside before making our way back.

What to expect:
Easy, mostly flat coastal walk
A 5 minute check-in, mindful moment before the walk
Relaxed, social pace
Women-only group
Time outdoors, conversation and connection
Optional coffee/drink afterwards at Towradgi Beach Eatery if people fancy staying around (At your own expense or BYO)

📍 Meeting point: Towradgi Beach Park, just to the left of Towradgi Rock Pool. Exact meeting details will be shared in our private group before the walk.

👟 Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing suitable for the weather. Bring water, sun protection and anything else you need to feel comfortable.

By attending, you acknowledge that outdoor activities involve some inherent risk and that you are responsible for your own safety, fitness and personal belongings. Please let me know before we start if there’s anything relevant I should be aware of.
Come on your own — you absolutely don't need to know anyone. The whole point is to meet other women, get outside and enjoy a morning together.
