This is an easy to moderately paced hike of about 5 miles along the 1808 and Sand and Water trails. Atlantic white cedar trees line much of the trail through the Mordecai Swamp. We'll stop at Buttonwood Camp for lunch/snacks and make other stops for water breaks, photos etc. Wear sturdy shoes. There are lots of roots. Bring water and lunch/snacks and bug spray and sunscreen..
Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and hear the safety talk. I leave on time. Contact me with any questions. Tom Boghosian: 609.335.6907.
