Biking Phoenixville to Pottstown on the SRT

Join us on a 25 mile out-and-back bike ride from Phoenixville to Pottstown on the Schuylkill River trail. Meet at 10:30 am at the Cromby Rd trailhead. The trail is paved and flat (approx. 600 feet elevation gain). Our ride will be moderately-paced between 10-12 mph. There are bathroom facilities along the ride if needed. We will plan to stop for a break in Pottstown's Riverfront Park at the turnaround point. Bring snacks and water for the ride.

Bring a bike in good condition and a spare tube plus any necessary tools. A bike helmet is MANDATORY. Check the website at www.amcdv.org for status of the ride if weather is inclement.

All participants will need to agree to and sign a paper AMC legal waiver sheet prior to the ride if you didn’t register online in the AMC Outdoor Connector.

Please note: In order to comply with Pennsylvania you protection laws, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. This policy applies to all events offered by the Delaware Valley chapter as well as any other Chapter events within the state of Pennsylvania.
