Such projects can be valuable when applying for jobs or pursuing a career in cybersecurity. A key message of the workshop is that everyone can find their own area of interest within cybersecurity, whether that is a technical, creative, or analytical topic. The goal is to encourage participants to explore aspects of cybersecurity that they find genuinely engaging and motivating. During the workshop, participants will also have the opportunity to complete their own “My Cyber Project” worksheet, which they can take with them as a starting point for developing their idea further.
