Welcome to Shelf Care San Diego
Join us for our August in-person feminist book club meetup at Hey Books.
We’re building a living feminist library: bold, intersectional, vulnerable, transformative. Each month, we’ll read one powerful book, followed by community discussion, connection, and collective dreaming.
> Next event: Thursday, October 22nd at 6pm
> Book: ‘Extracts from The Second Sex‘ by Simone De Beauvoir from the ‘vintage feminism’ collection - follow us at @shelfcareSD for details.
> All feminists welcome - no matter your gender\, age\, sexual orientation\, background\, experience\, .. The only requirement is a commitment to learning\, unlearning\, and reimagining - while being respectful\, and uplifting each other in the beautiful safe space our feminist bookstore provides.
Let’s read, reimagine, repeat.
