have two single-family development projects underway in Altadena, and
we're opening the gate so you can see the work up close.

Join us at our Highview property for a walkthrough of an active
development site. You'll hear how we're acquiring lots in the
fire-impacted area, what we're building, and where each project

Highview — ADU construction just started, targeting completion in December
Mariposa — our second Altadena project, just broke ground

We'll give an overview of both projects — where each one stands, what
we're building, and what the finished homes will look like.
