Pune Edition : Mid-Career Transition Workshop | What’s Next?

At some point, you realize that having more experience doesn't automatically mean having more clarity.

Work changes.
Teams change.
Technology changes.
And now AI is changing the way many of us work and create value.
So it's worth taking a little time to step away from the usual routine and ask:

What do I want to explore next?

Maybe it's Product.
Maybe it's Leadership.
Maybe it's building something of your own.
Maybe you simply want to understand what possibilities are out there.

This isn't a lecture where you sit through slides and leave with a notebook full of notes.

It's a full day of conversations, exercises, perspectives and reflection designed to help you understand what drives you, explore different possibilities and think more clearly about what comes next.
You'll work with a Career Anchor Assessment, learn from real-world experiences, interact with other experienced professionals and get guidance from people who've helped others navigate similar transitions.

Come if...

You've been thinking about doing something different
You're curious about where AI is taking your work
You've wondered whether your current path is still the right one
You're exploring Product, Leadership or Entrepreneurship
Or you simply want to step away from the daily grind and think

No pressure to have the answer before you arrive.
That's partly why we're getting together.
