A 5-7 mile moderate-to-brisk walk on the sand roads and wider trails of Brendan Byrne State Forest and Greenwood Forest Wildlife Management Area. No lunch. There will be a few short breaks along the way.
Be sure to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to sign in, etc.
