If you have ever been curious about the mechanics of a perfect punch or just want to brush up on your form, join us for our next gathering in Vaughan. This session is designed to break down the technical side of throwing a punch, focusing on body mechanics, balance, and precision rather than just raw power. Whether you have trained for years or are stepping onto the mats for the first time, this is a space where we can work on our technique in a relaxed, supportive environment.

We will spend the first part of the session walking through the fundamentals, followed by some light partner work and drills. Once we have put in the time on the technical side, we will keep the room open for a bit of social time to chat and get to know one another better. It is a straightforward way to learn something new and meet some local people who share an interest in the sport.
