Tickets: Payment is required in advance to secure your place From the organiser: A guided tour through a woodland pig sanctuary where you’ll get the chance to meet the resident pigs, feed them and give them plenty of cuddles! After our pig interaction, we’ll head to the onsite café for a drink and a slice of cake. As we’ll be sitting down around lunchtime, please feel free to bring a sandwich or any other snacks with you too. If you’d like to come but don’t drive, don’t worry - there are plenty of us who will be happy to offer a lift. Just pop a message on the event page. Please note that suitable footwear, such as walking boots or wellies, must be worn to enter the sanctuary. Anyone without suitable footwear will be refused entry. As the sanctuary is set within woodland, the terrain may not be suitable for visitors with limited mobility. No dogs are permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs. The sanctuary is always grateful for donations for the pigs. If you’re able to, please bring along any of the following: Carrots, squash, pumpkins, sweet peppers, tomatoes, spinach, apples, bananas, lettuce, cucumber or courgette. For the safety of the pigs and to comply with DEFRA guidelines, all donated food must come directly from a supermarket and must not have been stored or prepared at home. Please support our local independents by purchasing a drink or some food. It means the world to these small businesses and allows us, as a group, to build stronger partnerships going forward - bringing you a wider variety of events at more venues.
