Capacity Club Circle - Authenticity

A space to move, breathe, connect, and meet yourself more honestly. The Capacity Club Circle is an intimate gathering built around one simple idea: Less surface. More truth. Each Circle explores one theme through a journey from movement into breath, from breath into connection, and from connection into honest sharing. For our first Circle, we will explore: Authenticity Who are you when you are not adapting, performing, or trying to meet someone else's expectations? Where do you feel most like yourself? What roles or masks have you learned to carry? What parts of yourself are you still holding back? And what would it mean to express more of who you really are? We won't try to answer these questions only through thinking. We'll experience them. The evening will move through four parts: Movement A guided yoga practice to arrive in the body and soften what has been held. Breath A guided breathwork journey to move beneath the thinking mind and reconnect with what is already there. Connection A deeper one-to-one sharing where two people meet beyond small talk, roles, and surface-level conversation. Circle We come back together to share, listen, and close the experience as a group. No need to prepare anything. No need to perform vulnerability. Just come as you are. This is not about becoming a better version of yourself. It's about creating enough space to meet the version that is already there.
