Rohit Ranchhhod (American Hospitality Services): Rohit has over 35 years of experience in hotels, hospitality and food industry. Their portfolio includes 17+ hotel properties under the banners -- Marriott, Hilton, IHG and G6.

"Ali" Nasir Ali (Rise 360 Ventures): Ali has more than 40 years of experience in manufactured housing & RV communities in California. Their portfolio includes 24 manufactured home communities.

Max Boyko (Optimus Capital): Max is the Managing Director of Optimus Capital with over $1 Billion in real estate lending value. Max has over 20+ years of experience in real estate lending, development and sales, and has closed over 2,500 loans and funding over 297,000 flips.
