Vinyasa & Vino, ClubSport Aliso Viejo

Poolside Vinyasa & Vino! Please join us for a Sunday evening wind-down by the pool. Our awesome member Lily will be leading a yoga class at ClubSport in Aliso Viejo, a beautiful resort-style health club offering this limited series yoga and wine event.

After the one-hour yoga class, we'll gather at the Citrus Grill Restaurant at the club for wine specials and/or mocktails and healthy eating options with locally sourced wholesome ingredients.

Go into your Monday feeling refreshed and restored with positive mood and energy.

The yoga class is free for members of the club, or $10 for non-members. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check-in at the front desk, cash or card accepted. Free parking in the garage across the club.

Based on weather conditions, the class may be moved to the indoor studio per the club's discretion.

This event will take place every other Sunday until late November. Come stretch out and feel your best - see you on the mat!
