Sydney Forge Your Strength Iron Souls Social

We are hosting a casual get-together for the Sydney Iron Souls community to step away from the rack and spend some time getting to know each other outside of our training sessions. Whether you are a seasoned powerlifter or just starting to find your footing in the sport, this is a space to chat about lifting, share experiences, or simply connect with others who share a similar interest in strength training. We find that the best part of this community is the people, so we wanted to put together an afternoon where we can talk about more than just personal bests and training blocks.

The event will be held in a relaxed environment where you can drop in for a drink, grab a bite, and meet some familiar faces or make new friends within the local lifting scene. There is no agenda and no pressure to perform, just a chance to hang out with a group of people who enjoy working hard. We look forward to seeing some new and regular faces there, so if you are in the area and want to catch up, please let us know you are coming by clicking the RSVP button below so we have an idea of numbers.
