🌟We welcome everyone ,regardless of gender or skill level. Our sessions are led by an experienced coach and designed to be both fun and development-focused.

1️⃣The first hour focuses on improving individual football skills through structured training.

2️⃣The second hour features a friendly 7-a-side training match where you can apply what you’ve learned in a game environment.

🥅Our training takes place in an international atmosphere, with players from various backgrounds.

🌟性別やレベルを問わず、どなたでもご参加いただけます。経験豊富なコーチの指導のもと、楽しくスキルアップを目指せるトレーニング内容となっております。

1️⃣前半1時間は、個人のサッカースキル向上を目的としたトレーニングを行います。

2️⃣後半1時間は、7人制程度のトレーニングマッチを実施し、実戦形式でプレーしていただきます。
