Urban Hike – NW Portland

Join us for a relaxed 2-hour urban hike beginning at Wallace Park in NW Portland. Meet on Raleigh St, between 25th and 26th, on the sidewalk bordering the park. We’ll explore tree-lined streets, neighborhood stairways, and tucked-away trails that highlight the charm and character of Portland’s westside hills.

This is a casual pace outing, perfect for conversation, enjoying the scenery, and getting some movement without the rush. No special gear is required beyond comfortable walking shoes and water. Be prepared for any weather, and have a headlamp or other light source.

A faster-paced, conditioning hike will start at Wallace Park, too.

After the hike: If you are interested, we’ll meet up with the conditioning hike group for a shared meal and social time at a restaurant in the area — a great opportunity to connect with fellow outdoor enthusiasts.
