Walk & Talk Sunday: Kennemerduinen

This time, we’re heading into the Kennemerduinen for a Sunday morning wander through forests, open dunes, and the occasional hill that looks far more innocent than it is. Expect beautiful scenery, good conversation, and a carefully scouted route through one of the area’s loveliest landscapes. Distance: approximately 9 km. Duration: approximately 2.5 hours. Coming alone? Perfect. Most people do. A few friendly reminders Your spot matters. Can’t make it? Update your RSVP so someone on the waitlist can join. No disappearing acts. After two no-shows without cancelling, you may be waitlisted for future walks. Running late? Let us know. We usually wait five to ten minutes before setting off. Phones get a break too. Quick photos, notes, or urgent matters are fine. The internet will survive without us. Pack sensibly. Bring water, comfortable shoes, and weather-appropriate clothing. Dutch weather happens. We walk rain or shine unless an official weather warning applies. Be a good human. Respect each other, respect the dunes, and leave nothing behind. Come stretch your legs, clear your head, and meet some lovely humans along the way.
