Who are your hosts?
Matt Mainini began his career in research and technology, working at NASA and Silicon Valley tech companies. After achieving financial independence through rentals and private lending, he now focuses full-time on multifamily investing and helping others build their financial futures.

Nick Pavlina began his career as a local business operator and entrepreneur before transitioning into real estate. As a licensed real estate broker with hands-on knowledge of the local market, he now focuses on multifamily syndications and helping others build wealth through real estate investing.
