Merrimack Eurogames

We play assorted modern board games (Eurogames and strategy games) suitable for friendly and serious play. We rotate through many new games but also have classics and favorites to choose from. (New to modern games? They have more interesting decisions than historic American board games, generally feature no player elimination, and may have catch-up mechanisms and little randomness.)

We play in a clean, well lit game room stocked with many games that need you to play them. I continually curate my collection, removing stale games, leaving my shelves filled with the cream of the crop.

We finish around 7:00. Pizza will be served (voluntary contributions to the kitty accepted). Bring your own beverage. No need to bring snacks.

Participants must be vaccinated for COVID-19.

Sometimes this event fills up. If you initially RSVP and later will not attend, please change your RSVP to No to free a slot for another person.

It is best to show up promptly at 12 or soon after. I guide people to start playing around 12:15. If you arrive after that, you may not be able to get into a game for quite some time.

Parking note: In winter, please park in my driveway (if you plan to stay to the end of the event) or beyond it. We would like to leave maneuvering space for the driveway of the house across from mine.
