🎅🎄 DETROIT SANTARCHY 2026 — Christmas goes wild! Hundreds of Santas, elves, reindeer and outrageous holiday characters take over Corktown/Detroit for a 21+ costumed bar crawl, with buses moving the party between participating bars. Expect ridiculous costumes, ugly sweaters, Christmas lights, drinks, music and a giant festive crowd. The official 2026 date and ticket price haven’t been announced yet, but last year’s event was December 20 with $30 passes. If you want a Christmas event that’s social, hilarious and completely different, this is it! 🎄🍻🚌
Game plan: we will start at The Brooklyn, select a bus, and move through the circuit from there.
With a group this size, everyone needs to stay aware, look out for one another, and communicate when necessary. We’ll have a great time, and it’s completely fine if smaller groups branch off as the night unfolds — that’s part of the experience.

Expect big crowds, outrageous outfits, loud laughs, and the kind of night where you suddenly find yourself taking pictures with ten strangers dressed as off-brand Grinches. This is Detroit’s annual tradition of controlled holiday chaos, and it’s always a wild one.

We’ll start together, get our first drinks in, and then blend into the Santarchy flow as it moves from bar to bar. You can stay with the group, bounce around, or follow the crowd — the whole point is to just have fun and not take the night too seriously.
