During this one-hour session, you’ll be guided to close your eyes, slow down, and imagine yourself somewhere in the future - not focusing on what you should achieve, but on what it might feel like to be there. 🎨 From visualization to canvas After the guided visualization, you’ll bring elements of your experience onto paper or canvas through intuitive painting and creative expression. You don’t need to be an artist. You don’t need painting experience. In fact, there is no expectation to create something “beautiful” or technically perfect.
