Potluck Music Jam Drum Circle Unity of Beaverton

Come and join in a community Potluck Music Jam Drum Circle at Unity of Beaverton every third Saturday 11am-2pm. Bing potluck items to share and bring plate,
utensils, cup, and drink to share. There is no kitchen available.
This venue is large so we will have room for drumming, dancing, chanting etc....
Big hugs and smiles await your arrival!
Did you know that singing and drumming in community is joyful, relaxing, AND scientifically proven to improve health?
All ages and experience levels are welcome in this safe space as we explore the vibrational magic.
Those who wish to help set up please arrive early then we will begin drumming as soon as we are set up.
We will end at 2pm and if you like to help resetting the chairs and packing the drums and instruments, that would be wonderful!

Chairs will be provided
You can bring drums, percussion, and other instruments as well or just yourself... Some drums & instruments will be provided.
All ages and skill levels are welcome
Be prepared to move energy, reflect, and bring joyful and healing vibrations to our community and your body, mind, spirit, and world!

P.S. A heart donation will be graciously received at the event. We suggest a $5-$10 donation . $25.00 donation will be given to Unity of Beaverton and the rest will go to Alder and Drumming In Oneness. We accept cash and Venmo can be sent to Kim Alder McDonald Venmo @Kim-McDonald-44 (last four digits of phone 5975)
No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
