The Enlightened Stage

Most welcome to the Enlightened Stage in Porto! Please read the group description for a more detailed information about the Theatre concept.

🧿 Imagine a theatre with a stage where you do not have to perform nor deliver anything but you. A stage where you can explore all that you are, alone or with others.

🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏻 This stage is interactive, very creative and very safe at the same time. It's based on Improv and Gestalt Therapy, but allows most forms of theatre and spectacle to happen. Come and be celebrated for who you are! NO performance needed, you can be a spectator and actor, all are welcome.

Wo are we?
Martin Marstrand: Gorillas Improv Theatre Berlin, Playback Theatre, Gestalt Therapy, a life time of self-love work and the enlightened universe within telepathic reach.
Martins Avots: An improviser at soul, Martins invites people to let go of the need for perfection that keeps them stuck and to embrace the beautiful uncertainty of being alive.
Rita Bandeira: Actress and a mental health lover, who's been producing the evens and helping facilitating them.
Stefano Aguiar: A portrait photographer by trade, Stefano has mastered the ability to make people feel comfortable and safe within almost any scenario. He's a creative and restless mind that found on the Enlightened Stage the perfect output for all the crazy inside.

In each event at least two of us will be present to lead you through this journey together.

19.00- 19.30 Socializing
19.30- 20.00 Warm up and safe space
20.00 - 22.30 The Enlightened Stage
22.30- 23.00 For those, that want to reflect upon the experience, talk and laugh, feel free to stay :-) We also sometimes go out together afterwards!

If you need to go earlier please feel free to do so! We just kindly ask you to make a theatrical exit :-))

Our dream is to create a Porto Theatre scene that attracts people from all walks of life to express themselves in this open-minded and creative stage.

All languages are welcome, Gibberish, Portugese, Spanish and English are the base.

Please bring comfortable socks/clothes, water and everything you need for the whole evening.
