Deep Conversations at University City Library

Come on, Barbie, let's go party.

This is one of our "Deep Conversation" meetups. I want to be crystal clear about what this is, because every time at least one person shows up and is absolutely floored by the concept.

We're meeting at the library auditorium and we're going to give everyone the opportunity to talk about real stuff. Each table will have a deck of "conversation cards". We have a death deck. A whimsical hypothetical deck. Lots of different decks. The cards in these decks have topics that aim to dive deeper into each others minds and personalities, compared to the typical meetup conversations.

Just because these are "decks" doesn't mean they're games... there's no points for getting through the most cards, no prizes for getting the "right" answer, there's no way to "win" this meetup.

These decks are NOT "Cards Against Humanity" style games. They are discussion prompts.

This is not secretly an event to convert you to any religion, cult, political movement, podcast, punk rock bowling league, or craft brewery.

It's all about conversation. That's it.
