Anime & Manga Image Generation in ComfyUI

This month we're diving into manga and anime image generation.

The banner for this event was made entirely in ComfyUI with open-source image models, including Krea 2 and Qwen. I went for a 1990s anime aesthetic, an era I have a real soft spot for, and at this meetup I'll take you behind the scenes of how it came together.

What we'll do:

Break down, step by step, how this banner was built in ComfyUI: the workflow, the models, and the choices made along the way.
Get familiar with the process so you can run these workflows yourself.
Experiment with the workflows to generate images in different styles, from '90s anime to manga and beyond.
Share what we make and swap tips.
